Shipping policy
Where is my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days with our supplier (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed you will receive your order confirmation email.
You will be given a tracking number, this is our internal tracking number with the supplier and will NOT work for you, but don’t panic! If you would like an update on the tracking please message with your order number (e.g. #1000) and we can update you.
My parcel update says its arrived a different address?
You may see that your order is being shipped to a different address in Gloucestershire, but.. don’t worry this is totally normal as this is the distribution postal point for your parcel. Once your parcel reaches here it will be checked, packaged and sent with love to the address you have given on the website!
Shipping Rates
 FREE delivery is offered on ALL our products.
Please bare with us through the festive periods. Please also be aware postal service problems are outside Bouxx boutiques control.
We do use validated and reliable shipping methods so ensure customer satisfaction but sometimes the time frames vary on certain items.
Refunds and exchanges
We do NOT accept returns as everything is made to order but we do accept exchanges of size, only if the item is unused and in its original condition.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping costs for the item return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way (although we do triple check the items before posting out to you) Please contact us within 5 days with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
